Um...define "heavy"...
First thing I do when I wake up in the morning is check my weather app to see what's occuring meterologically so I know how many layers I need to put on to walk the dog.
Last week, I was horrified to see "Heavy Snow" but figured we should head out anyway as Lily loves the snow, sniffing and sneezing and staring at it like it's a magic trick.
However, it became clear that the weather app has never ventured outside South East England.
Anyway, hoping and praying that everyone in the path of the snowpocolypse is staying safe and warm and connected to the internet xxx

Lily had to wear the Steve Jobs outfit as it was -3˚C and anything below 0˚ I feel bad taking her out without it on. She has a naked belly for god's sake, she's not built to be hardy. She haaaates it but that's tough.
I'd also like to point out that OMG, look at the size of those bird's feet! Those are Lily's track marks crossing them. I was expecting to see Mr Snuffleupagus trundle by any second.
The "snow" was gone three hours later, and talking to another dog walker at lunch, who had decided to lay in, they didn't even know it had snowed. There wasn't even any sludge. It just evaporated!
