Sometimes it seems that even with our best intentions, Fandom (and our preoccupation with the sexy times) occasionally leaks into our Real Lives causing concern and consternation amongst our friends and making us question our own sanity. This is the place where you can make amends.
In the comments below, confess your slip ups, misunderstandings and mishearings.

If you've slapped someone for asking you to work out their kinks, not realising they were just asking for a shoulder rub, if you've accidentally called someone "Chad" because they were being a dick, or if the sight of your mother roughly stuffing a chicken has caused you to have to lock yourself in the bathroom til you stopped blushing, this is the place for you to confess.

Not because it will make you feel any better, just so we can all have a damn good laugh about what dorks we are.
Because we are all dorks, let's face it.

Your Sunday-morning worship, and now the Confessional ... maybe we need a Winchester church comm? IT'S CANON, AFTER ALL--Castiel said so, what with the Winchester Gospel and all. I even wrote a story about its becoming a reality: http://brightly-lit.livejournal.com/12948.html Maybe spn_church or something? It's Festivus for the rest of us who spend Sundays worshipping at the Winchester cathedral ....

This is primarily the church of Jensen although I love the idea of starting a religion based on spn. If Hubbard can do it...: )

I do live in fear of the devout, though. Every time I'm doing the Sunday Worship Post I get worried that someones going to get me banned so I'd be concerned about offending anyone. I was having kittens about starting the Confessional.

I do very much love the idea of the church of free will though : ) Do you think we could get away with it? Festivus Ha! x

Aww ... well, I understand your fear, but I think in a fandom where canon portrays angels as dicks, you're probably pretty safe. But it's just as fun on your journal, anyway. ;-) (And I love the Confessional! Do people get to confess something different every week?)

See, now, *I* would have kittens about starting a church, so I think I'll leave that burden to Becky. ;-D

Yes, I thought I'd just do the one Confessional post and link to it every week although thinking about it...maybe I could do a com for that save it getting to squished up. And I was thinking about making some fannish icons. AND I had some vague plan about writing the episodes like biblical verse at some point...fuck it. Yeah I'm probably going to do the church thing...
