No, it just a reseller site so that deals with all the crazy complicated EU vat stuff. You should be able to pay through PayPal?

I had a full on meltdown but I got it up!...I think. I'm still convinced that all my files are corrupted and I've filled out all the legal stuff wrong. I'm hoping it won't be so traumatic next time.
