Aus cuisine is the same - there is not a lot that is truly 'australian' (well, there are bush foods, and traditional aboriginal things, but I guess I am talking from a white settler point of view). And then, because we so multinational, we eat pretty much everything. but I guess it is a 'fusion' thing.
