Hair Thoughts

alexisjaneI have a genuine query about Sam's hair and how it relates to the fandom but I don't want to upset anyone so I've put it beneath the cut. It involves the one time that scissors might win : /

There was lots of talk about Sam's hair in the Free for All and it got me thinking...
I have a desperate urge to shave Sam's head.
In fact, I'm thinking about starting a campaign for him to get a buzz cut for Season 10 (calm down, I'm kidding!..mostly ; )
But the hair does seem to have a fandom all of it's own and seems to be a vital part of the whole Sam experience.
Being a Dean Girl, I just don't think I 'get it'.
So I'm really interested to know from the Sam Girls, how you would feel about Sam cutting his hair?
I'm not talking about the sideburns, those should stay, just the mop on top.
Would there be a massive hooha even if he looked good?
How would the lack of hair affect the fandom?
Would Sam with short hair be the equivalent of Dean driving a Prius...and liking it! Christo!
And don't get me wrong!
I love Sam, he's so beautiful but I find the hair really distracting. It's just my personal preference.
Maybe it's just that I love the thought of Dean holding him down and chopping it off while he struggles to get away, and then...well, you get the idea.
