Day 13

In your own space, talk about setting yourself a fannish goal. Big or small, it doesn't matter. Some great examples include: complete a bingo, sign-up for a Big Bang, write that fic you've been thinking about for years, podfic that story that you love, make a fanmix for your fandom, post that bit of meta or reclist you keep postponing. Maybe resolve to be better at leaving feedback, or answering comments.

All of the above. Well, maybe.

I tried a podfic and liked it so I'd like to do some more of those.
I was thinking about doing a Big Bang but actually I think I'd like to do some fan art so if I do one, it'll be from the other side.
I've got another installment of the Abandon All Hope series wafting around in my brain but I'd definitely like to do more of those, try and make it into a proper verse with a story arc. Suggestions welcome.
And, of course, there is the epic world building, co-operative, multi authored project, initiated and driven my the all powerful brightly_lit that I'm so so excited about, that's at the embryon stage right now but is set to be...awesome.

So not much really. Thank god I don't need to work...oh wait : ( x

Maybe we should get you an Overlord Icon to distinguish yourself from your lordly self. Maybe a picture of you in the helmet : ) Or on a tricycle!! That would be epic! x

BA HAA, I'll see what I can do. And I have plans for tricycle man for my first fic, you know. I think he may just be a recurring character, just a ghost at the edges, riding by every now and again ....

Maybe it should be like the pineapple in Psych. Every fic has to have a tricycle in it, as a badge or toy or poster or something and people will start to think it's a metaphor for something deep or theological but it's actually a joke about Edward Cullen's junk...please can this be a thing!! x

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I PICTURED. In fact, maybe it WILL end up being a metaphor for something, and only his appearing in fics will eventually suss out the deeper meaning for us all.

Maaaybe it's something that the characters refer to that has meaning, like an omen of some kind, like they're waiting for the guy on the tricycle to appear to trigger something or he was said to have brought good or bad fortune (like the Pocked man in the Farseer trilogy, Have you read that? It's awesome!!) but who just turns out to be a traveling penis puppeteer?...
Oh god, what have I done! : ( x
