Queer Company 2

Reading, writing and publishing are fulfilling occupations in themselves, but we also feel very lucky to be working in this particular genre – not least because of the wonderful sense of community. To celebrate our excellent friendships – and in the hope of making even more – Manifold Press is delighted to be hosting this UK-based event.

Queer Company 2 will be a small, friendly gathering designed to engage and inspire. This one-day event is planned for Saturday 5 November 2016 at The Jam Factory in Oxford.

Everyone is welcome! The only requirement is that you love this genre we share.

Please note that registrations will close on Saturday 22 October!

Hi there

So I'm a bit of a lurker typically - not too creepy I promise. I live in Oxford and really liked the idea of this and .... I'm coming - on my own, which feels a bit odd but maybe I will connect with local people with similar passions. Meet you there I hope.

It should be fun! Esp as KJ Charles is speaking and she's a blast. Really fun and interesting. Plus, everyone I know who's going is super friendly, and if you like MM romance then you'll have something in common with everyone : )

So, I'm very sad. I couldn't make it in the end. My 17 year old son had a crisis at the last minute - lot's of potential embarrassment for him and the loss of money for him and his friends etc (with some recent bullying which we've been helping him get past and this would have set him back quite a bit I think). Basically begged me to save him! I'm a mum - what else do you do!

I really hope there will be another event which I can join, and I'll look forward to meeting with you then.
