So i just drop a bit of pancake on the floor and, as usual, exclaimed forcefully "Dammit, Janet!" the phrase of choice for when I'm a klutz.
But then for the first time in forever I wondered why I say that.
Then I remembered it's from the Rocky Horror Picture Show, which made me smile as I haven't watched that in ages.
Then I wondered if anyone had J2'd that and have spent the last ten minutes giggling like a fool imagining Jared as Dr Frank N. Furter and Jen as Brad...

Ahahahaha!!

Tuesday x

That's such a perfect pairing I hope there's a fic out there somewhere! I can just see Jared as the sweet transvestite! And Jensen would make the perfect uptight but oh-so-corruptible Brad! :)

in a strange coincidence (or is it?), I also like to yell out a version of this, only I always say "Dammit shmammit Janet" *G*

THIS SCENARIO NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN!!! because this would obviously make Chad Riff and Danneel Janet and that is just too perfect, Chris Kane as Meatloaf, I can so picture the whole thing. LOL, thank you!

Haha, it's obviously coz we're awesome *nods emphatically*

Crap I think I'm going to have to write this!
Chris as Eddie is just perfect!!
I was thinking Chad Lindberg as Riff, Chad MM as Rocky, Daneel as Columbia, Alona or Sophia as Magenta?, Jim as Dr Scott and Felicia as Janet!

I didn't do the cinema challenge thing this time round as I had no clear idea of what to do...now I have three!! ffs x

Hehe. Best friend used to have an old Subaru that she named all the time, so that every time that it broke down she could say "Damnit, Janet."

I will happily sing to "Let's do the time warp again..." from over here.

And Jared would indeed look good in drag...

NOOOOOOoooo. Um, I'm not fond of this movie at all o_O But maybe that's because my first experience was at the Nuart Theater where they do those interactive midnight shows.

I had no clue I was going there. I just went out with a group of friends that I'd never been out with before, and I am just thankful that one of the guys watched out for me (i.e, told me not to say this was my first time). The fervor and passion from the audience was overwhelming to say the least, and I was completely lost at the sing-a-longs.

Holy Crap, that must have been terrifying! You totally have to have seen the film to go to a live show or be very very drunk. I'm not sure I'd go to one, I'm very much not a fan of the whole participation thing. The only time it was okay was when I went to see Hair with my boyfriend then and we both had really long hair and before the performance started the actors came out in character and were talking to everyone and spent ages playing with our hair. They were so sweet but he was freaking out coz they were all hippified and gay. Needless to say we broke up.

Susan Sarandon is in it! Come on... x

Maybe one day I'll try watching the movie again. I couldn't really focus that first time! I'm glad my friend warned me about the first-time participant thing. They wrote a nasty word with red lipstick on your forehead and made you go up on the stage and participate in some mass frottage thing. I managed to avoid that. One of my male friends though went up and participated in some strip-teasing competition. For girls, it was something like who could spread their legs the sexiest or something o_O

Anyway, your experience with Hair sounds much better! Except for the boyfriend part (not surprised you dumped that ass :P).

Oh dear god O_o that sounds horrendous! Yeah, not my cup of tea...unless the tea has copious amounts of gin in it but I definitely regret that in the morning!

He was normally quite cool about that stuff but the touching was a bit too much I think. I thought it was hilarious!

There's a film called The Room I think? which is supposed to be the worse film ever made, and when they show it the audience brings plastic spoons to throw when spoons are mentioned and there's various audience participation things but from the comfort of your own seat, kinda like Mystery Science Theatre 3000 but with chorus style hecking. I'd love to go to that, it sounds fun. No way I'm standing up in front of everyone though x

I've heard of The Room, and I've seen an interview with the writer/actor/director (I use those terms VERY loosely).

I can deal with participation from my seat; I just don't know if I could sit through the movie. It sounds soooo awful!

I think it's so bad that it's good. My son went to one and he said it was amazing. There's stuff in the film like one of the main characters dramatically revealing they have cancer…but then it's never mentioned again! Oh god, I could totally J2 that! I wonder if anyone would read it.
I heard the guy is really weird, just appeared out of nowhere made this awful thing and then disappeared again? Like the Anti-Whedon.
I think the audience reaction helps. I went to a similar night at our local art house theatre where they showed…I think it was Die Hard or something like that and everyone was encouraged to boo at the bad guys and cheer and stuff and it was such good fun. Usually I'm the opposite. If anyone breathes near me I go into a rage! My best experience was watching the last Batman at the Imax next to a guy would didn't move a muscle for the whole movie! I liked him, even though it was kinda creepy x

There are definitely some movies you want silence and concentrations. Others are a blast when the whole audience around you gets into and vocal about it :) My best experience with the latter was at a test screening of Kick-Ass. Great movie, great audience.
