I have an icky cold...it's making me fuzzy headed. Add to which the fact I'm away for the weekend with limited wifi and it's a miracle that I got my first choice in the artist claims for the sdmb. I think it probably helped bypass the technical snafu that messed up a few peoples claims...by dumb luck rather than design. I'm really looking forward to working on this. I think I might try something a little different : ) it's actually a little frustrating that I'm away til Monday as I kinda wanna start NOW!

On the flip side, my story still hasn't been claimed : ( To be fair, I feel like I'm in good company, there are some stellar summaries up there that are still waiting so I don't feel too bad about it. Especially being that I'm not sure how interesting mine sounds.

Either way, lemsip and chocolate brownies are in order : ) x

ETA...I got claimed! I'm so so happy : ) xx

I'm still waiting to be claimed as well, but I too feel better when I see how many stories are still there. I always dream of being claimed right away, but it has never happened, but I've had a great artist each time.
