It's was the third in two days. Apparently they're going to have to dig the road up to fix the problem so I'm keeping all my devices charged up and the kettle boiled just in case it goes again! : ) x
It's not something that can be *fixed* really. The flashing on the side of the house that holds the conservatory in place is coming away and no amount of patching will fix it properly, so we have an indoor waterfall when it rains hard O_o x
