I'm reaching the point where I think the show should just get rid of all romantic "subtext" so we don't have to hear about this any more...NO ONE WANTS OR GETS ANY KIND OF LOVE, OKAY?! Saving people, hunting things, the family business (aka, no humor, no sarcasm, no complex human emotions, no friendships/buddies/pals *winkwink* allowed) - Lets just leave it at that.

For some reason, that idea seems more far-fetched :P

But now I'm happily picturing all the angels spontaneously combusting into billions of bloody pieces. Sam and Dean would get over the surprise quickly, shrug at each other, step over the fallen trench coat to climb into the Impala and drive off into the sunset.

Oh, I want to see them 'splode into billions of sparkly twinkly bits! I've always thought they were a bloodless group, disengaged from humanity except for meddling.
