IT'S THE WEEKEND!!

Starting this week, I'm giving myself the weekends off (except for Sunday promo, obviously) because for the last few months I've been working every day and I'm genuinely worried I'm going to burn out.

So, this weekend, I'm doing a meme!! ...well...milly_gal said I should do the meme, so I'm doing the meme : )

Elliot - Scent

It's not the expensive cologne he wears; a gift from Erin that he receives every year, apparently. It's not the body spray that's stashed in the executive washroom, along with a spare suit, and a pair of sweatpants and sweater in case of emergencies either. It's something Elliot noticed the first day, in that first awkward interview when Erin basically shoved him into Daniel's face. He can't place it. Not until he's in early one morning and unexpectedly encounters Daniel in the elevator. Daniel fresh from a run, his hair sticking to his head, a dark V of sweat on his chest matching the one on the back off his gray teeshirt. Elliot can't help but breath deep through his nostrils, wondering what the hell that fantastic scent could be. "Sorry." Daniel looks sheepish. "Didn't have a chance to shower. I must stink." Elliot swallowed hard. "Might have to write you up for creating a toxic working environment., Boss" The quip pays off. Daniel smiles and Elliot knows he's fucked.

Michael/Lucifer - Laughter

It's the laughter that Michael misses most. That laughter that tore through the heavens when they were together. All of them laughed but there was something, something truly joyful in every note when he laughed. Even separated all this time, Michael can still remember the way it vibrated inside him. His brother shifts beside him. "What are you thinking about?" Michael shrugs and pulls Lucifer closer. "Your laugh. I miss your laugh."
"I don't remember." The angel's tone is as sad and bitter as it always is when they talk about before. Michael kisses him, elated when Lucifer's lips open and let him in. "It's okay. I can remember for both of us."


Derek/Stiles - Hands

Stiles' hands never stop moving. To be fair, Stiles never stop moving, but his hands particularly just seem to have a mind of their own. They're practically a third party in this slightly unhealthy relationship of theirs. Derek gets mesmerized by the quick jerking movements of Stiles' long, tapering fingers, the way they cut through the air with a language all their own. Luckily, Derek speaks 'finger'. The flick of a digit, and slight tap of a palm, the way Stiles will just hover his arm outstretched for a moment, fingers undulating slightly, to get Derek to slow without making a sound. Because when Derek's hand is around Stiles throat, and they're settled hipbone to hipbone, communication is important. But they've got this down. Like Stiles' said as he waggled a professorial finger "Practice makes perfect."
