How many OTP's am I allowed?

Having a very slight OTP crisis.

Long story short...I'm reading two WIPs right now, the wonderful Wrapped in Honey by lady_emebalia which is like crack! About the only diligent thing I'm doing right now is checking my timeline for the next instalment! Incubus!Sam and captive!Dean...it's just lovely.

But then I'm also reading Occam's Razor by miss_annthropic. It's...well, it's not spn : /


I started watching Teen Wolf a while ago and then stopped quite abruptly when I realised that I actually hate most TV shows because of this whole on again/off again, relationship issues driven drama. But even after a one episode I was shipping Sterek so hard I thought I might actually pull something. Derek is hot like JESUSFUCKINGCHRIST! and Stiles is beyond adorable...I couldn't help myself.

Anyway (this is turning into the long version, isn't it?) Aaaaanyway, I abandoned it and satisfied myself (no, not like that) with tumblr gifs of their cute faces. But then I started reading Occam's Razor and it's so bloody brilliant, and the characterisations are so spot on...well, I started watching it again. Admittedly, I'm doing other stuff if it's not my two favourite boys on the screen but I'm watching.

But now I'm thinking of leaving the safety of the fandom to go seek out some other Sterek fic...or maybe some podfic...and then I suddenly got this horrible feeling...

It's okay to see other people, right? : /

OMG! I discovered Teen Wolf recently and LOVE IT, (well... I just started season 3.5 and I think I might not love it anymore... but up until then it was awesome). And I would TOTALLY ship Sterek! I ADORE sweet little Stiles, (he makes the show for me) and Derek, I must agree, is smokin', and your gif is killing me! I haven't delved into TW fic because... welllll... I could be wrong, but I got the impression its fanbase was quite young and maybe a bit silly, just cuz... MTV. So I thought the fic might not be good, because whenever I've looked at fic in other fandoms, I've found that it's vastly inferior in quality to SPN fic, maybe only because I don't know where to look in other fandoms. So if you like this Sterek fic, I might have to check it out!

And I agree with the others-- you can have as many OTPs as you want. ALL THE PAIRINGS ALL THE TIME NO ONE CAN SINK OUR SHIPS. ;-)

I have to say the guy that plays Stiles just acts the pants off everyone on that show! He's so good!

And the gif! Oh my heart! They're so sweet!

The whole bad fic thing is a worry...I did read some shockers before I fell on our little corner of the world tbf but yeah...no fic is better than bad fic for me. This one is just wonderful! I really like the way she writes them and I cant wait to see how the story goes!

Okay...but you won't tell the boys, right? : / xx

I suspect that Dylan O'Brien is regretfully probably not going to stay on many more seasons (if they get them) and I will stop watching if he leaves, because it's true, he acts in circles around everyone on the show. And season 3b, where he finally got some meat to chew on, is - in my opinion - the best of the show so far. He's going to break out in a full launch Hollywood career soon enough though, Maze Runner is just the beginning.
