Summary - Sam hates the summer. Not being at school means John has no reason to even try to stay in one place. Add on that this is the first summer Sam and Dean are together together and the whole thing just sucks. It only gets worse after Dean is hurt in a hunt gone wrong, and John starts asking some awkward questions.

A/N - This story is part of my headcanon 'verse.  My deep and eternal thanks to my ever patient betas, somersault_j, katstark and ephermeralk (I owe you guys new red pens as well as cookies, this time : ), and all the other folk who have waved pompoms, dug me out of plot holes, and generally kept me going...thank you. Late or early?

It's 2.30 am. I should really go to bed, but there's chocolate next to me and it keeps finding it's way into my mouth. (Darlin', I can hear your eyerolling from way over here : )

Anyway, I'm so close to getting my stuff done!. I just have to finish my minibang art contribution and complete my podficbigbang in the next five days and then everything should calm down a little : )

But I wanted to very quickly squee about my RBB writers!!!

heroic_downfall snapped up my winged boys and her fic idea is just delish!

visticuffs was very brave and grabbed my Gil/Osric pic and I'm so excited about her take on it!

And finally, if you didn't know already, the insanely talented ephermeralk, ended up with my Stripper Fireman!Sam. The poor thing is going to have to write porn, and threesomes and...well, I don't know how she's going to stand it. Poor baby. I said I'd paint her some graphic dp...I hope it'll make up for some of the hardship ; )

Anyway, I'm starting to pass out so...that
