It was Dean's gift to Sam. He knew Sam liked to watch and that's the only reason he ever had sex with anyone else, coz Sam asked him too. He'd sneak in and watch and then after fuck the hell out of Dean and even though Sam was more into it, Dean loved it coz Sam got off on it so hard.
So seeing Dean get dp'd by the twins wasn't Dean's last request...it was Sam's : )
