Nano is kicking my ass.

I'm 7k behind. 28k in and they've only just had sex and the way the story is shaping up, there's no way I can resolve it in 22k. I don't really know what to do. I really want to finish but then I'm wondering if this is just another arbitrary goal I'm setting myself so I don't have to deal with things that matter.

The story is good, I think, or at least it will be when it's finessed a bit. My mom read what I have so far when she was here and keeps calling me to find out what happens next which is encouraging as she really wouldn't bother just to be supportive.

I think mostly I'm just tired and it's really hard to keep going when I'm not entirely sure where I'm headed. I have a couple of key scenes in my head but no idea how to transition between them.

Yeah, so this is me complaining about doing something I love, that is of no consequence and really isn't fucking rocket surgery : ) I'm such a jerk : )


I love Teen Wolf.

Well, I'm loving season 2 of Teen Wolf. Mostly I love Sterek but unfortunately reading Sterek fic probably makes more sense if you've seen the actual series, I think. I have watched many Sterek fan vids...too many fan vids...if there is a ash48 or a loki among them, I have not come across them yet. There are some super au trailers though with are fun, which made me think I should look for some spn ones.

Also I watched a couple of interview things, and omg Tyler H..Ho...Hoce...Unpronounceable is fucking adorable in RL!

Which is nice.

Anyway, if anyone as any recs for fic or writers to follow or comms or whatnot, I still feel like I'm trying to find my way a bit in the fandom so happy to get pointed in a suitable direction : )

I feel like NaNo ended as soon as it began :-P I had just finished a couple of stories and was trying to gear up for RBB. I'm about 5K into that, and I did a 4K salt_burn_porn, but I just don't know about another 40K of words when it's already the 21st :-( I've done NaNo before and it felt like a good, motivating push, but this time it's kinda depressing.

It's completely reasonable for me to write 2k in a day. I'mslow but it's do-able. But writing 2k everyday for a month. Jebus, it's draining! I think the main problem is I didn't prep enough, which I never like to do but the damn thing has completely gotten away from me...but hey : ) it's not like I'm digging holes in the ground or anything so I shouldn't complain.

I think you've done a lot, Hun! Also trying to switch between different stories...I'd find that so hard. I think if it's depressing you then it's not worth it. It's supposed to be fun after all : ) xx
