I like crows for reasons...like they ask nicely for stuff...this looks like a jackdaw to me but corvids of all kinds have my heart ♥

In other news, I did some work today : ) I also did a bit of housework....AND...started my minibang! (okay, I did cry twice but that's still an improvement!) I'm loathed to say I'm feeling better but today was definitely a better day : ) *hugs everyone*

I feed crows all the time, and they never let me get that close to them (like in the vid). That's amazing!

Have you seen this? - http://www.ted.com/talks/joshua_klein_on_the_intelligence_of_crows - it's so cool. I used to feed them at the beach when I walked the dog but then it got a bit scary, walking along with twenty crows following behind : / They never got that close but they'd fly in front of me and caw when they realised it was me and I had food.
It's my dream to train a crow to come to my window and press a buzzer so I'll feed him...except instead of a buzzing buzzer, I want it to say "nevermore"...it'll be hilarious!

Thanks for the link... it's very cool. My crows follow me sometimes, too. My "regulars" recognize me, and do different things to get my attention. Like, flying close overhead and landing a few feet away. Or, they'll caw loudly.

LOL, a buzzer that says "nevermore." That's a great idea! :)
