So am I! But I'm so much happier single. I turn into a terrible person when I'm not. I make an awesome mother but the worse wife in the world. I'm also terribly busy, balancing kids with school and my ex dropped off the face of the earth. We're kinda scraping by on my income alone, but yet . . . I don't know. I'm less stressed.
I tend to just forget who I am and make the worst possible choices when it comes to men so I've just stopped trying now. I figure if the perfect guy turns up that's more than fine but I really like being on my own. Oh I did the single parent, school, struggle bit...well still doing the struggle bit. Just keep going! Sometimes I think having a guy in your life is just like having another kid around so that's probably why it's less stressful : ) x
